SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURN
We deliver products ordered at Fundango online store to the EU. We offer free delivery on all orders over 70 EUR, orders under this amount will have a delivery fee of 7 EUR which will be added to your grand total at checkout. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Our courier service is GLS Futárszolgálat that delivers orders on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are generally not at home during the day, we suggest that you provide your workplace’s address as shipping address. If the courier is unable to deliver a package, they will leave their contact information at the address. From the failed delivery, the addressee has 4 days to contact the courier to schedule another delivery time.
In case of a cash on delivery order, the addressee pays the courier. It is highly recommended to make sure that the package is intact. If you notice any kind of damage, let the courier know. The prices on the website include frequent customer discounts.
Warranty, exchange, cancellation
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products. A warranty claim may be submitted within 2 years of the date of purchase if the defect was caused by an existing manufacturing defect, present at the time of purchase. Our online store’s customer service handles all complaints during the whole warranty period. Should involving an independent expert become necessary during the first 6 months, s/he will be provided by the customer service. Over 6 months but within 2 years, the customer may contact the Consumer Protection Inspectorate if they need an expert opinion. If the warranty claim is approved, we will provide a repair, an exchange or a full refund (in this order) within 15 days.
The brands available for sale in our online store must meet our standards of high quality, however, if you encounter any kind of quality issue regarding our products, please make sure to mail them back to our mailing address:

Please fill out all the required fields, print and sign the document and mail it to the customer service along with the faulty product.
Our representative will contact you as soon as possible and complete the report of which s/he will send you a copy.

SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES
If the delivered product’s size is inadequate or you’d like to choose another color, pattern or even a different product, we are happy to replace it for you within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. To require an exchange, please contact our customer service via email, provide us with your purchase information and your exact exchange needs. Our representatives will inform you whether or not the exchange is possible.
If it is, you’ll need to return the item in its original packaging, undamaged, along with a copy of the invoice and a letter in which you specify what items you are mailing and what you would like to replace. Please also include your bank account number in case we could not replace the product for some reason - we will give you a full refund in 15 business day. It is important that you include this letter with the returned product. Only undamaged, not used items in their original packaging can be exchanged. Please note: it is not possible to return products in person and the cost of return will have to be covered by you.
Orders made by mistake
If you made an order mistakenly or accidentally, or you have noticed any kind of mistake after you finalized the order but it has not yet arrived, you may cancel it free of charge with our customer service.
According to 45/2014. (II.26.) Government Decree, within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery, you may cancel your order without justification. Your withdrawal request shall be made in writing and sent to our customer service. Please return the items to our customer service: 1037 Budapest, Csillaghegyi út 15-17. The cost of return will have to be covered by you.
The integrity of the returned goods (undamaged products, original packaging, labels and a copy of the invoice) will be checked upon arrival. If the returned goods meet all of the above conditions, you will receive a full refund within 15 business days. Please include the preferred method of receiving a refund in your letter attached: through bank transfer or the mail. If you prefer a bank transfer, please include your bank account number as well. If you have already used the product, therefore you are unable to return it in its original condition and packaging, we will not be able to retrieve it.
If the defect is revealed upon delivery, in the presence of the courier, and the defect is proven to have occurred prior to the delivery, we exchange the item free of charge. You may prove the defect with a report written by the courier.
